Ai fornelli, Roberta e Irene, ci sono state fin dal pancione della mamma, cuoca trentennale nel piccolo hotel a gestione familiare dove sono cresciute.
Tra profumi e ricette tipiche hanno imparato a prendere i loro ospiti per la gola, a casa e nel loro locale, Ricciola Saracena, dove preparano bocconi a chilometro zero.
Roberta and Irene have been in the kitchen from the belly of their mother, Luciana, who's been the chef of their family-run hotel for thirty years.
Among the smells and the typical italian recipes they have learned to tempt their guests at home and at Ricciola Saracena, where they serve tastings of only local products.
